Which areas of the Greater Toronto Area do you serve?
We renovate homes across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, North York, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oak Ridges, Markham, Aurora, Newmarket, Pickering and Oshawa. If your home is elsewhere in the GTA, contact us and we will confirm availability.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
A kitchen renovation takes between 10 and 14 weeks, depending on the size of the kitchen, how custom it is and the materials you choose.
Do you take care of building permits?
Yes, if you would like us to. When your project needs a building permit, we can obtain it for you. The permit and its fees are charged separately from the renovation.
Can we stay in our home during the renovation?
Many of our clients do. We protect floors, control dust and leave the site clean at the end of every day, and we can phase larger projects so part of the home stays usable.
Do you offer design-only services?
Yes. Our design and project management service covers measured drawings, 3D renders, material selection and permit drawings, and can be booked on its own or together with construction.
Is the design consultation free?
Yes. The first design consultation is free. We look at your space, talk through how you want to live in it and explain how our 3D design process works, with no obligation.
What is included in your design package?
Before any demolition you receive a full design package: concept boards, material and finish selections, layouts and 3D renders of each room. You can review it at home and ask for changes, and we revise it until it is exactly right. Then we build it.
How much experience does your team have?
Our team has been building since 2012, starting on Kish Island and in Tehran, Iran, with hotels, sports complexes and residential complexes. In 2023 we founded Royal Box Group in the Greater Toronto Area to focus on luxury home renovation.
Can I speak with your team in Farsi?
Yes. Our team speaks English and Farsi (Persian), and our online concierge also works in both languages.
Is your work covered by a warranty?
Yes. Our installation work is covered by a 1-year warranty, and materials and other items are covered for up to 3 years.
